Hypnagogic Dronescapes #5 - Consciousness Training for Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection, Meditation, Relaxation. The purpose of this video/audio is to help maintain the liminal state prior to falling asleep. Thus giving the listener a greater chance of success in achieving lucid dreaming, astral projection, out of body experiences, and other forms of mind/body consciousness.
Altrusian Grace Media Tip: Watch the video along with the audio to help your mind become accustomed to the liminal tones and enter into a more relaxed state. Then, as you lay down before sleep, use just the audio to keep your mind "aware" and in the transitional phase. More practice will help you achieve this for longer amounts of time.
Hypnagogia, also referred to as "hypnagogic hallucinations", is the experience of the transitional state from wakefulness to sleep: the hypnagogic state of consciousness, during the onset of sleep. (For the transitional state from sleep to wakefulness see hypnopompic.) Mental phenomena that may occur during this "threshold consciousness" phase include lucid thought, lucid dreaming, hallucinations and, sleep paralysis. However, sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming are separate sleep conditions that are sometimes experienced during the hypnagogic state.

I've written a few blog posts many moons ago about health and food. While it's been an educational, albeit sometimes difficult journey, these changes have proven vital in my overall cognitive abilities. This helps immensely in the Awakening process. Here's a couple items that I personally use, although you may prefer a different brand, etc. Please note that I have no partnership or relationship with these companies.
1. Medicinal Mushrooms.
Medicinal Mushrooms are incredible. After about two months there is a noticeable improvement in my cognition and ability to comprehend deeper concepts related my esoteric studies. These have also boosted my immune system and I've gone all fall and winter (and now spring) without the hint of getting sick.
2. Diatomaceous Earth
Just go read the reviews and look this stuff up on YouTube. The amount of things Diatomaceous Earth does and helps with just goes on and on. It will help the efficacy of the medicinal mushrooms for sure. A must have supplement!
